近日，在漳州市举办的2014年福建省第15届运动会（大学生部）篮球决赛赛场上，我院男子篮球队始终保持顽强的战斗精神、强烈的荣誉感、永不言败的坚定信念和高昂斗志，经过5天激战，在赛场上不畏强手、奋勇拼搏，赛出风格、赛出水平，在诸多强队中一路过关斩将，最终获得宝贵的铜牌，为警院争得荣誉。
训练场上，挥洒汗水追求警院荣光
荣誉取得的背后注定是辛勤汗水的付出，自2013年11月福建警察学院男子篮球队组建以来，无论是骄阳似火还是狂风暴雨，无论是伤病缠身还是迷茫困惑，队员们始终无怨无悔，在训练场上用汗水绽放自己的青春。教练员徐婧老师始终牢记学院和系部领导的嘱托，自我加压，刻苦钻研，这位年轻妈妈经常不得不放弃节假日，放弃与不满两岁儿子相处的时间，雷打不动的每天出现在训练场上，警体部刘健武主任时刻关注这这支年轻队伍的成长，尽职尽责坚守赛场，全心全意做好组织服务工作，为警院男篮争得季军立下了汗马功劳。
