1、协助部长做经营战略的制定，子公司战略指导。
2、协助部长做年度经营计划的编制、目标的确立以及督导。
3、协助部长做经营管理状况跟踪，提报审计、稽核、改善报告及建议。
4、协助部长做运营流程优化协调，提出改进方案。
5、协助部长做重大经营活动以及重大政策的的计划、组织协调与监控。
六、目标管理：
1、经营分析：
（1）在现有基础上，学****子公司和其他公司先进的分析工具与方法，深入对公司经营状况进行系统分析。
（2）在以财务为主分析模式下，积极配合财务部做好公司总体分析报告。
（3）关注同行业动态，寻找标杆同行的差距完善分析内涵。
2、固定资产管理经营：
（1）财务部作为固定资产的主管部门，应建立健全固定资产的明细帐卡。
（2）随时掌握固定资产的使用状况。
（3）负责监督配合使用单位做好设备的使用和维护，确保设备完好提高利用率，并定期组织设备的清点，保证帐、卡、物三相符。

（4）根据使用部门的使用情况，组织各部门编制设备大中修维修计划，按期编报设备更新计划。
