（三）生猪流转处理要点
1、待宰圈库管员
监督卸车赶猪→对生猪分户、分批验收过磅→司磅数字准确并通过ERP开生猪收购磅码单→与供应商签字确认→做好台帐记录→分圈挂牌静养→急宰处理→生产领料出库→开生猪出库单→每日报送待宰圈日报表→月终编制待宰圈盘点表
2、屠宰核算员
ERP白条打级单审核（录入由专人完成）－产品入库单（白条）审核（手工单据开具由屠宰车间和计划执行部共同完成）－取数、审核生成生猪屠宰报告单－分户对白条超重进行统计、列表
3、采购核算员
及时录入或修改生猪收购价格→生猪屠宰报告单审核→分区域、级别、扣款项
