波纹钢腹板非线性剪切屈曲分析

[ 摘要] 采用有限元分析软件 ANSYS 进行波纹钢腹板的非线性剪切屈曲分析。波纹钢腹板采用考虑剪
切变形的八节点曲壳单元 SHELL93 进行离散,分析中计入了波形尺寸缺陷和钢板厚度缺陷对
屈曲模态和极限荷载的影响。采用一致缺陷模态法模拟波形尺寸缺陷,钢板厚度缺陷则通过
钢板厚度分布函数对单元厚度的修正来引入。分析结果表明过大的波形尺寸缺陷会降低波纹
钢腹板的剪切屈曲极限荷载,而波纹钢腹板对因钢板厚度缺陷而引起的过早屈曲要大大优于平
钢腹板,微小的厚度缺陷对波纹钢腹板的剪切屈曲极限荷载影响很小。在此基础上研究了波
纹形状等因素对波纹钢腹板剪切屈曲极限荷载和屈曲模态的影响

The Nonlinear Shear Buckling Analysis of Corrugated Steel

[ Abstract ] The shear bucking mode and ultimate shear capacity of corrugated steel webs are
analyzed by ANSYS. The corrugated webs are simulated by 8-node structure shell
element SHELL93. The simulation and influence of corrugation configuration and web
thickness imperfections are discussed firstly. The corrugation configuration imperfections
are simulated by uniform imperfections mode method, and steel plate thickness
imperfections are simulated by thickness distribution function. Simulation and affection
analysis of two different imperfections pleted, analysis results indicated, that
corrugation configuration imperfections must be confine, because this oversize
imperfections can descent shear buckling ultimate loading, but small thickness
imperfections affect to shear buckli
