有限元法在风电机组桨毂设计中的应用

[ 摘要] 风电机组桨毂是风力发电机组的重要部件,其结构和受力变形复杂,利用经典力学方法难以
准确分析和评估桨毂整体应力分布以及最大应力位置。应用大型通用的有限元分析软件
ANSYS 完成了 和 桨毂结构静强度分析与形状尺寸优化设计,桨毂采用变截面
结构设计方案,减小了桨毂重量,提高了材料有效利用率,并降低加工难度和加工费用。

[Abstract] The hub is an important part of wind turbine. Its structure and deflection are plex,
which is very difficult to get the precise results of stress of the hub using traditional
mechanical technique. The static intensity analysis of the hubs of and wind
turbine has been plished using the ANSYS software. In the process of designing the
hubs of and wind turbine, the technology of alterative section structure has
been introduced essfully which result in the reduction of weight, improving availability
of the material, lowering the difficulty of manufacture and the cost.
