下移动，实现与丝杠的啮合、脱开，（1）拆下手柄上的锥销，取下手柄；（2）旋松燕尾槽上的两个调整螺钉，取下导向板，取下开合螺母，抽出轴等。装按反顺序进行。
3．纵、横向机动进给操纵机构
纵、横向机动进给动力的接通、断开及其变向由一个手柄集中操纵，且手柄扳动方向
与刀架运动方向一致，使用比较方便。（1）旋下十字手柄、护罩等，悬下M6顶丝，取下套，抽出操纵杆，抽出Φ8锥销，抽出拨叉轴，取出纵向、横向两个拨叉（观察纵、横向的动作原理）；（2）取下溜板箱两侧护盖，M8沉头螺钉，取下护盖，取下两牙嵌式离合器轴，拿出齿轴1、2、3、4及铜套等（观察牙嵌式离合器动作原理）；（3）悬下蜗轮轴上M8螺钉，打出蜗轮轴，取出齿轮1蜗轮2等；（4）旋下快速电机螺钉，取下快速电机；（5）旋下蜗杆轴端盖，M8内六角螺钉，取下端盖蜗，抽出蜗杆轴。
4．蜗轮轴上装有超越离合器，安全离合器，通过拆装讲解及教具理解两离合器的作
用。（1）拆下轴承1，取下定位套1，取下超越离合器，安全离合器等；（2）打开超越离合定位套，取下齿轮等，利用教具观看内部动作，理解动作原理；（3）对照实物讲解安全离合器原理。

5．旋下横向进给手轮螺母，取下手轮，旋下进给标尺轮M8内六方螺栓，取下标尺
轮。（分解开看内部结构）取出齿轮轴联结Φ6锥销，打出齿轮轴，取下齿轮轴1、2。
6．对照实物讲解由丝杠、光杠的旋转运动变成***的纵向、横向运动路线。
注意事项如下：
1)．看懂结构再动手拆，并按先外后里，先易后难，先下后上顺序拆卸。
2)．拆前看清组合件的方向、位置排列等，以免装配时搞错。
4)．拆下的零件要有秩序的摆放整齐，做到键归槽、钉插孔、滚珠丝杠盒内装。
5) ．注意安全，拆卸时要注意防止箱体倾倒或掉下，拆下零件要往桌案里边放，以免掉下砸人。
6)．拆卸零件时，不准用铁锤猛砸，当拆不下或装不上时不要硬来，分析原因（看图）搞清楚后再拆装。
7)．在扳动手柄观察传动时不要将手伸入传动件中，防止挤伤。
