③省道下广线（S342）夏源至稻地段大修工程：项目起点桩号为K91+000，终点桩号为K114+780，。

为一级公路大修工程，估算总投资9500万元。计划2014年实施。
（三）农村公路：
目前，全县农村公路通车里程达到1613公里。2012—2014年，将按照“规划先行、先易后难”的原则，围绕推进城乡一体化和新农村建设，着力实现交通的普遍性服务和缩小城乡交通差距目标，全面提升县乡村公路通行能力和水平，构建满足“三农”要求、与干线公路相匹配、有利于脱贫致富、方便农民出行的农村公路网络。不断加大断头和未铺装路面改造力度，争取实现以县道、乡道为支撑的“连村道主骨架”和以村为节点的“村际网”的双网结构模式，推进农村公路网由“树状”向“网状”转变。
1、县乡公路：
鉴于目前县道无等外路、，2012—2014年拟对6条县道、乡道重点路段进行等级化改造，估算投资18733万元。重点项目有：
①乡道南坡线白草窑至蔚州镇段改建工程：路线全长21公里。计划总投资2081万元。计划2012—2013年实施。
②乡道下岭线下刁蝉至岭南段改建工程：。计划总投资576万元。计划2012年实施。
③乡道长南线长疃至南庄子段改建工程：。计划总投资435万元。计划2012年实施。
