中国柑橘产业的全要素生产率、
技术进步与效率变化

摘要: 运用非参数的 M almqusit指数法, 选择我国 5农产品成本收益资料汇编 6中柑和橘的生产成本与收益的数
据样本, 使用 1个产出指标和 3个投入指标测算中国柑、橘的全要素生产率的变化。结果表明, 2003- 2008年
期间, 中国柑、橘全要素生产率均出现一定的增长, 其中, 技术进步的波动是明显因素, 而效率变化指数则相对
稳定。从柑和橘的主要生产地区来看, 测算的主要省份中, 绝大部分地区柑和橘的全要素生产率波动都比较
大; 从构成上看, 多数省区呈现出技术进步与农业效率损失并存的局面。

Abstract: The paper, by adopting M a lm qusit index, selected data sam ples on production cost and bene-
fits of c itrus reticu lata and tangerine from C om p iled B ook on Cost and B enefits of Agricultural P roduce in Ch-i
na, and calcu lated the var iation o f a ll factor productiv ity o f these tw o products by exam ining one production in-
dex and three inpu t indexes. The results show ed that grow th w ere achieved in all factor productivity in these
tw o fie lds from 2003 to 2009 o fwh ich techn ical progress fluctuated m ost apparently wh ile efficiency index re-
