答：如果将已经扫描的商品直接放到已经准备好的购物袋中，则可以取消后面捡取商品再入袋工序。

答：在收银台。没有更合适的地方。
问：何时做？
答：顾客把商品放到收银台时。
问：由谁做？有没有更合适的人选？
答：由收银员做，没有更合适的人选了。因为一般一个收银台就只有一个收银员。
通过一次对其余各个工序进行提问，根据提问、归结、整理、应用程序分析的四大原则，总结出以下意见：
（1）.借助购物袋支架，可以预先把购物袋撑开准备好，扫描完的商品，直接放进购物袋中，取消原来先把扫描过的商品放一旁，然后再逐一放进购物袋的方法。
（2）.在等待顾客付款或其它空闲时间把放在辅助工具上的购物袋撑开，以获得更高的服务效率。
