项目信息
李家大湾属王河镇冯桥村，地处规划区西北角，西接滠水河，东隔河港与孙家湾相望。
村庄为村湾型村组，北为李家大湾，南为胡家墩，西面为主要耕地。
地形地貌：冯家大湾地形属低岗丘陵地貌，村庄四周为堰塘所围，东北东南地势较中部略高，总体用地呈海豚形。
气候条件：冯家大湾属亚热带季风气候，四季分明，日照充足，雨量充沛，年无霜期长。
对外交通条件：有水泥公路直达村庄，西有水泥路到滠水河。
用地情况：村庄规划范围内主要为居民点，住宅主要朝南，住宅建设占地大，
