文档介绍：本科毕业设计( 论文) 题 目 BLS 水溶性聚合物的性能测试与评价学生姓名赖欣学号 04042233 教学院系化学化工学院专业年级应用化学 2004 级2班指导教师黄志宇职称教授单位化学化工学院辅导教师职称单位完成日期 2008 年6月 10日摘要水溶性聚合物是一种在水中具有增粘能力的物质,被广泛地应用于石油工程、造纸、环境保护等行业,成为许多工业部门的重要材料和外加剂。本文通过对增稠剂 BLS 性能的测定发现 BLS 具有一定的抗温,抗盐以及抗酸的能力,其具体结果为: (1) 在常温下,当 BLS 增稠剂加量为 % 时,完全溶解后溶液粘度可达到 mPa ?s,即该增稠剂具有较好的增稠性能; (2) 当 BLS 增稠剂加量 % ,温度为 80℃时,溶液粘度可达到 mPa ?s,即该增稠剂具有一定的抗温性能; (3) 当 BLS 增稠剂加量 % ,温度 80℃下,***化钠加量为 % 时, mPa ?s,即 BLS 增稠剂有着较好的抗盐性能; (4) 当 BLS 增稠剂加量 % , 温度 80℃下,***化钙加量为 % 时,溶液粘度仍能达到 mPa ?s,即 BLS 增稠剂有一定的抗钙性能; (5) 当 BLS 增稠剂加量 % ,温度 70℃下,盐酸浓度为 % 时,溶液粘度仍能达到 mPa ?s,即 BLS 增稠剂具有一定的酸液增稠性能; (6) 当 BLS 增稠剂加量 % ,温度 70℃下,土酸浓度为 % 时,溶液粘度仍能达到 ?s,即 BLS 增稠剂具有一定的土酸增粘性能。关键词: 聚合物; 抗温性能;抗盐性能;抗酸性能。 1 Abstract Water-soluble polymer isa kind of polymer which has the capacity of increasing viscosity in water. It has been widely used in petroleum engineering, paper making and the environmental protection, e a very important material and additives in many industrial sector. During a series of contrast experiments, it’sc ome to the conclusion that BLS has a certain degree of anti-temperature performance, salt-resistant properties and acid-fast performance, the specific circumstances are followed :(1)At room temperature, viscosity of the solution which contains % BLS thickener can reach mPa ?s, so BLS has a good thicken capacity;(2)At 80℃, viscosity of the solution which contains % BLS thickener can reach mPa ?s, so BLS has a certain degree of anti-temperature performance ;(3)At 80℃, viscosity of the solution which contains % BLS thickener and % Sodium chloride can reach mPa ?s, so BLS has a good salt-resistant properties;(4)At 80℃, viscosity of the solution which contains % BLS thickener and % Calcium chloride can reach mPa ? s, so BLS has a certain degree of calcium- resistant properties;(5)At 70℃, viscosity of the solution which contains % BLS thickener and % Hydrochloride can reach mP
