猴头菇多糖提取工艺研究

摘要: 对猴头菇中可溶性粗多糖的提取工艺进行了研究, 通疑难病症的治疗方面已显示出很好的疗效[ 4] 。

过单因素试验和正交试验 L9 ( 3 ) , 研究了料液比、乙醇浓度、近年来, 对多糖提取工艺的研究方法很多如热水浸提
时间对多糖提取率的影响。结果显示乙醇浓度和料液比是
: 法、稀碱液浸提法、稀酸液浸提法[ 5] 。但因为稀酸、稀碱条件
影响多糖提取率的主要因素, 最佳工艺为料液比 1: 20, 乙醇
下, 易使多糖发生糖苷键的断裂, 部分多糖发生水解而使多
浓度为 95% , 浸提时间 4 h, 在最佳提取工艺时, 猴头菇的多
糖的提取率减少故本实验采用热水浸提法[6] 。
糖提取率为 7. 29% 。,
