莲花塘村新农村指导员工作总结

根据县委政府第五批新农村指导员下派的安排部署，我下派到勐角乡莲花塘村当新农村指导员。为期一年的新农村指导员工作短暂而有意义，一年来在乡党委的正确领导下，在派出单位的关心帮助下，严格按照下派指导工作要求认真驻扎在下派村，大力宣传新农村建设的相关政策以及惠民的各项政策，积极排查群众矛盾纠纷安全隐患等，修缮沟渠铺设硬板路修建垃圾池，引领群众养成好的生活****惯，不断推进驻扎村新农村建设步伐。
一、莲花塘村基本情况
勐角乡莲花塘村是集佤、傣、彝、拉祜族等民族为一体的全乡人口最多的行政村之一，全村辖9个自然村9个村民小组，共486户农户，2130人。其中，傣族1625人，占全村总人口的76%，佤族279人，占全村总人口的13%，彝族226人，占全村总人口的10%，其它民族106人，占全村总人口的1%。，平均海拔1200米，（，），，森林覆盖率46%，主要种植稻谷、玉米、甘蔗等。近几年来，交通运输业、劳务输出业、核桃、竹子等产业发展迅速，已逐渐成为全村主要的经济支柱或经济增长点，核桃种植面积3382亩，。全村现有运输车辆68辆。，
