志愿者服务内容
服务项目要紧密围绕创建全国文明城市、构建和谐社区等中心工作，要切实符合社区的实际情况和居民需要。志愿服务工作主要包括以下8个方面：
1、社区公共事务服务方面：开展环境保护、清洁卫生、节电节水、废物利用、食品安全等宣传实践活动，围绕社区治安、社区禁毒、预防艾滋病知识宣传教育、法制宣传教育、社区医疗、社区教育和科普、社区环保、就业与再就业等开展志愿者工作。
2、倡导并组织社区互助方面：鼓励社区成员之间开展网络培训、老人护理等互助服务，增进社区居民彼此间的了解，引导社区居民增强社会责任感，树立社区意识。
3、扶孤助弱服务方面：针对老人、残疾人士、弱能人士、重病人士开展探望、义诊、义教、家务协助等的服务。
4、青少年成长服务方面：对社区有需要的青少年开展思想引导、心理咨询、课程辅导、兴趣培养、行为矫正、游乐协助等。
5、社会应急服务方面：开展社区防疫、防火、防洪、地震、急救等演练、培训和宣传。
6、文体活动方面：开展各类社区群众文艺、体育、联谊等活动。
7、公益慈善宣传方面：开展献血、公益捐赠、爱心救助等活动。
8、志愿者宣传招募方面：志愿者注册宣传、招募、培训、活动组织等。
