六、体会
１、从目前走访就业形势进行分析
首先，一些用人单位对名牌院校及进入211工程学校的学生仍存有偏爱的思想，这样在某种程度上影响了我校学生的就业情况。其次，有些学生就业观念落后，眼光仍盯在“大城市、大机会、大单位”上，不愿到非公有制单位和基层就业，不愿到工资报酬低的单位就业，不能从自身情况、当前就业形势及长远角度考虑，导致“高不成低不就”的现象，从而影响了就业情况。
2、加强大学生的就业竞争意识
商场如战场，当前的就业市场竞争十分激烈，有些学生竞争意识淡薄，不敢主动向用人单位推荐自己，仍然依赖于学校家长，没有主见，缺乏自信心。
