三、与此短暂进出口业务相关的港杂费、报关费、商检费、仓储费、内陆运输费等费用均由乙方担当。
Regarding the whole charge, including Custom fee, storage fee and transportation fee inland, will be paid by party C.
四、若因丙方缘由造成滞港，滞箱、仓储等费用，由乙方担当。
If the delay of the customs clearance due to the party C,the party C will pay the surcharge.
五、如乙方保证金未能按时给付而造成的滞纳、滞报、滞港等一切经济损失，乙方付全部责任。

六、协议的有效期
Valid of the agreement
本协议有效期到进出口业务履行完毕及乙方付清全部费用时方为终止。
The agreement is not terminate until finish the import &export operation and Party C pay the whole fee (including agent fee) to party C.
七、不行抗力
Force Majeure
由于签约双方在签约时不能预料，不能抗拒的事务造成的不能交货或延迟交货，乙方得以免责，包括以下几点：
An event of Force Majeure means the event that the parties could not foresee and occurrence and consequences cannot be avoided and cannot be overcome.
