摘要
汽车发展至今所用制动器几乎都是摩擦式的,可分为鼓式和盘式两大类。盘
式制动器的主要优点是在高速刹车时能迅速制动,散热效果优于鼓式刹车,制动
效能的恒定性好,鼓式制动器的主要优点是刹车蹄片磨损较少,成本较低,便于维
修、由于鼓式制动器的绝对制动力远远高于盘式制动器,所以普遍用于后轮驱动
的卡车上,但由于为了提高其制动效能而必须加制动增力系统,使其造价较高,
故轻型车一般还是使用前盘后鼓式。因为本次设计为轿车的设计,故采用前盘后
鼓式。
本说明书主要设计了 santana2000 轿车制动器。首先介绍了汽车制动系统的发展、
结构、分类,并通过对鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的结构及优缺点进行分析。最终确定
方案采用前盘后鼓式制动器。除此之外,还对前后制动器及主要部件的参数进行了选
择和计算。同时也对 santana2000 后轮鼓式中的驻车制动器进行了参数的选择和计算。

ABSTRACT
Car development has been the brakes are almost friction type, can be divided into two
categories: drum and disc. The main advantage of the disc brake is on the braking can
quickly braking, cooling effect is better than that of drum brake, braking performance of
constant qualitative good, drum brakes, the main advantage is the brake shoe piece of wear
less, low cost, convenient in maintenance, because of drum brake system of absolute power
far higher than disc brakes, monly used to rear wheel drive the truck on but because
in order to improve its efficiency and must be put on the brake braking force system, make
the increased cost is higher, so general or use QianPan units HouGu type. Because the
design for the design of the car is adopted, QianPan HouGu type.
This manual mainly designed santana2000 cars brake. First this paper reviewed the
automobile braking system development, structure, classification, and through to the drum
brake disc brake and the structure of the advantages and disadvantages and analyzed. Final
QianPan scheme adopts the HouGu type brake. In addition, the brakes and before and after
the parameters of the main parts of the selection and calculation. At the same time
santana2000 rear wheels of the car brake drum in the parameter selection and calculation.
