依据《中华人民共和国合同法》以及国家其他有关法律、法规的规定，甲、乙双方在遵循平等自愿、诚实信用的原则下，就乙方向甲方提供服务器租用托管之相关事宜，经协商达成一致意见，签订本合同，并共同遵守：
一、项目与定义
服务器托管是指将属于甲方所有的服务器置于乙方网络环境，从而为Internet 上的用户提供信息服务。，并购买相关软件使用权。
服务器租用是指甲方租用属于乙方所有的服务器，该服务器置于乙方网络环境，从而为Internet 上的用户提供信息服务。乙方负责该服务器的硬件基本配置和软件安装、日常维护和服务器故障的排除，甲方按照本合同的约定购买相关软件使用权。
