二、内设机构主要职责
榆佳工业园区〔苏榆工业园区〕管理委员会内设机构3个，分别为：办公室、经济发展科、规划建设科，均为副科级，各核定副科级领导职数1名。
〔一〕办公室
协助管委会领导处理机关日常政务工作，协调管委会各科工作；负责起草综合性文件，拟定工作计划、总结，会议组织和文书档案，负责工业园区的劳动人事、信访、工会、共青团、妇女、计划生育、统战、保卫等工作；协助党组织做好党务工作和政治思想教育、精神文明建设；负责草拟管委会的财务收支计划并组织实施；负责工业园区的财会、审计和财经监督工作；负责工业园区的劳开工资、社保、干部福利和资产管理工作。承办管委会交办的其他事项。

〔二〕经济发展科
负责工业园区投资项目的审定、立项和审批业务；负责招商引资工作，拟订招商引资计划和招商项目储备；负责指导服务工业园区的企业，监督检查国有资产；协助新办企业申领工商证照；负责草拟工业园区经济发展规划和统计工作，了解科技和经济信息，为管委会领导提供决策依据。承办管委会交办的其他事项。
〔三〕规划建设科
负责工业园区规划的实施；负责工业园区内市政基础设施的建设管理；负责工业园区已征地的范围按照规定和程序依法办理用地或土地使用权出让、转让手续；负责按管理权限和有关程序办理建设项目的定点、报建、管理；配合县房管部门依法统一管理工业园区内房地产的登记、交易、发证等工作；收取工业园区内的市政配套费。承办管委会交办的其他事项。
第六条 工业园区管委会应强化内部管理，提高办事效率，做到优质、高效服务，文明、科学管理。
第七条 任何单位和个人不得阻挠园区管委会履行监督管理职权，不得违法影响园区内各企业生产经营活动。
第八条 未经县人民政府批准，任何单位不得给园区管委会下达指令性工作任务和考核指标。
