第十四条协助本单位党组织抓好党风廉政建设工作。
第十五条每个季度向党风廉政监督小组长汇报一次工作情况。
第六章党风廉政监督员的权力
第十六条有权对党员及领导干部违反党和国家的法律、法规行为，违反党的路线、方针、政策行为，不认真贯彻执行上级的指示、决定和采油厂各项规章制度的行为，以及各种不良行为进行监督，提出批评、检举，或向上级组织反映。
第十七条有权了解所反映的问题和加强党风廉政建设的建议的处理落实情况。
第十八条在履行监督职责中，如遇刁难、打击报复，有权如实向纪检监察部门反映，直至提出控告、申诉及给予保护的合理要求。
