〔4〕日照间距：按1：1考虑
在“适用、经济、美观、时尚”的原则下，完成本工程的建筑平面组合及建筑物的立面及剖面设计。基本要求如下：
〔1〕该工程位于某学校内，学生可以考虑公寓楼的假设干需要进行设计，楼层5层，结构类型采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构；
〔2〕拟建公寓楼总建筑面积不少于5000m2，建筑长宽根据场地情况〔如图〕自定，并要求施工场地足够大，且施工场地平整；
〔3〕根据周围环境，合理选择建筑体型，合理安排主入口、楼梯位置，平面布置应满足建筑功能要求和防火要求；
〔4〕运用建筑造型和立面构图的规律，结合平面剖面的空间组合进行建筑立面设计。
〔5〕总平面应综合解决好功能分区，出入口、停车位、道路、日照、绿化、卫生、消防等问题。
4. 建筑设计进度安排
时间： 7天〔2015年3月9日——3月16日〕
检查、修改方案——2天
绘图——5天
所有图纸绘制清楚，必须有一张为手工绘图,全部采用2号图纸。说明书采用A4纸，要有目录，编页码；文字部分务必使用蓝色或黑色钢笔书写，可以打印。各人务必独立完成，每人的方案必须不同。
