1、无人值守：根椐校方提供的作息时间，播放学校日常的音乐（如上下课铃声、广播通知、眼保健操等）通过东创IP系统网络主机来实现到点播放，从而达到无人值守功能，满足校方的日常管理工作，真正意义上实现省时省力。
2、分区管理：对学校各个年级所要播放时间不同进行分区，分组及点对点来控制，校长或是主任及机房管理人员通过系统工控主机来控制，可以在软件上任意的组合，选择每个班级相对应的IP地址来管理，实现点对点的控制。
