My philosophy of learning passes the following:

Engage multiple perspectives and styles in the classroom.
As your instructor I plan and facilitate my classes according to the above principles. Our classroom is further enriched with the diversity of culture (You are from different part of China), genders and personalities. However, the diversity requires munication, additional patience with one another and respect for the differences. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions or for clarification at any time.
I will be lecturing as well as providing short activities to apply the concepts presented. Human Resource Management involves a lot of theories and skills, which we will learn, but more importantly we will bridge the theory and skills to practice as much as possible. Your increased knowledge and understanding of how to manage people in the workplace will make you an effective employee and manager when you graduate and reenter the business world.
