摘要
运输绩效在企业的总绩效中占有非常大的份额,所以通过研究运输绩效来减少运输的成本等等,来增加整个企业中的利润,增加企业的竞争力,所以运输调配已经成为企业的核心竞争力。我们研究第三方物流运输调配运营绩效,来降低物流成本,扩大企业业务能力,集中精神强化主业,缩短出货至交货时间,增加车辆效率,和减少油耗费用,彻底实施品质管理。
由于运输成本是首先评价运输调配运营绩效的标准,中转时间直接影响库存水平,所以也是一条重要的标准。所以加强运输管理和仓储管理是提高物流运输调配运营绩效的两种重要的手段。

ABSTRACT
The enterprise performance in transportation occupies total performance is very big, so the study of share to reduce shipping performance by transportation cost, etc., to increase the profit of enterprise, increase petitiveness of the enterprises, so the transportation allocation has e the petitiveness of the enterprise. We study of third-party logistics transport deployment operation performance, to reduce logistics costs, expand business ability, concentration, shorten delivery to strengthen business delivery time, increase efficiency, reduce oil consumption and vehicles, fully implement quality management fee.
Due to the transportation cost is the first deployment operation performance evaluation standard of transportation and inventory level directly affect transfer time, so is a important criteria. Therefore strengthen transportation management and warehouse management is to improve the operating performance of transportation and logistics deployment of two import
