摘要 目的:探讨益心舒胶囊合用脉血康胶囊治疗老年糖尿病患者失眠的疗效。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月厦门市中医院收治的老年2型糖尿病失眠患者80例作为研究对象/time,3 times a day; Yixinshu capsule,3 capsules/time,3 times a day,the observation time was 28 observe the improvement of sleep and related laboratory indicators between the two :The data of the increasing dysfunction,the use of sleep drugs,sleep disorders,sleep persistence,sleep latency and subjective sleep quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<).After treatment,the blood sugar,blood lipid and other data in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<),and significantly better than those in the control group(P<).Conclusion:Yixinshu Capsule combined with Maixuekang Capsule has a good clinical effect on insomnia of elderly diabetic patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.

失眠又称目不瞑、不得卧或者不寐等,是由于内伤或者外感等病因造成肾、胃、脾、胆、肝与心等功能失调,导致心神不宁使人无法正常入寐的病症。痰热,实火扰动心神、心虚胆怯,心神不宁、阴虚火旺,阴不敛阳以及化源不足、心神失养是该病的病因病机[1]。本院使用益心舒胶囊合用脉血康胶囊治疗老年糖尿病患者失眠取得了良好的疗效,现将结果报道如下。
1 资料与方法
