[Abstract] Objective
To explore the application value of needle aspiration guided by ultrasound bronchoscopy in the

diagnosis of mediastinal and hilar lesions. A total of 42 patients with mediastinal and hilar lesions who were
admitted to Jieyang People忆s Hospital in Guangdong Province from June 2017 to March 2021 were selected. All pa鄄
tients were diagnosed by needle aspiration guided by ultrasound bronchoscopy, and the pathological results were taken
