水附着对不同基体组织球墨铸铁断裂韧性的影响

摘要: 研究水附着状态下不同基体组织球墨铸铁的断裂韧性脆化行为的结果表明, 水附着状态下, 具有较高抗拉强度
的奥贝球铁、淬火回火球铁及珠光体球铁的弹塑性断裂韧性(J Ⅰc) 显著下降, 发生明显的断裂韧性脆化行为; 而铁素
体含量较高的铸态球铁和铁素体球铁则无断裂韧性的脆化行为。

Abstract : The embrittlement behavior of fracture toughness for ductile cast iron with various kinds of ma
trix by contact with water was investigated in this paper. The elastic plastic fracture toughness (J Ⅰc) of
austempered , quenched tempered and pearlitic ductile iron that has relatively high tensile strength de
creased remarkably , shows obvious embrittlement behavior of fracture toughness. But , as cast with high
er ferrite content and ferritic ductile cast iron exhibit no embrittlement behavior of
