空调器压缩机配管有限元建模研究

摘要: 空调器压缩机配管由薄壁紫铜管折弯后焊接而成, 折弯后铜管的壁厚发生变化, 并存在残余应力, 对空调器配
管的模态产生影响。采用显式动力学方法对铜管的折弯过程进行了模拟, 获取折弯铜管回弹后的壁厚和残余应力, 然后
进行了模态分析, 同时对折弯的铜管进行模态测试。一致性分析显示, 采用了壁厚变化和残余应力的有限元模型, 同试
验测试的模态吻合。

p ipe s' springback process is a lso sim ulated. The natura l frequenc ies of the copper p ipes w ith va riational th ickness and prestress
are ca lcu la ted pared w ith the test data. The correlation ana lysis results indicate that the m oda l pa rarm e ters ofFE m ode l
considered the variationa l thickness and prostress are consistent wellw ith the test m ode l param ete rs.
