文档介绍：中图分类号: 我国物流园区布局规划方法研究产业经济学卢文训张云副教授二○一○年二月学校代码: 10252 学号: 0721502 上海理工大学硕士学位论文我国物流园区布局规划方法研究姓名卢文训系别管理学院专业产业经济学研究方向产业经济指导教师张云副教授学位论文完成日期 2010 年2月 I 摘要近年来,物流业已被视为国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业,物流业的发展程度己成为衡量一个国家现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志之一,被喻为经济发展的加速器。在《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》中,我国首次把现代物流产业纳入国家加快发展的重点领域,指出要“加强物流基础设施整合, 建设大型物流枢纽, 发展区域性物流中心”。物流园区是现代物流系统中的重要结点,物流园区的合理规划和科学发展对我国现代物流的健康发展起着十分重要的作用。一直以来,物流园区的布局规划和规模研究都是物流园区建设中十分重要的研究领域,其研究涉及很多学科,包括宏微观经济学、经济地理学、现代物流学、系统科学、区位学和城市空间结构演变等诸多学科的知识。本文以上述诸多学科理论和知识为基础,从分析物流园区的基本理论入手, 分别阐述了物流园区的类型划分、内涵、系统构成、功能组合,并从园区规模、管理方式和物流结点等三个方面,比较了物流园区、物流中心、配送中心的区别和联系。通过分析物流系统布局规划与物流园区布局规划之间的层次关系,试着提出了物流园区布局规划研究的基本程序。本文重点研究了物流园区的数量确定和宏观空间布局规划方法,在物流园区的数量和选址方法研究中,试着分别建立了单个物流园区的选址模型,以及多个物流园区的数量确定和选址模型,并通过实证,对模型进行了算法研究。最后,就我国物流园区的数量和选址规划,以及园区规模等问题,提出一些可行性的建议。关键词:物流园区、布局、规划 II ABSTRACT In recent years, logistics industry has been regarded asone of the basic industries of the national economic s, and a powerful drive as well. The level of logistics industry has e one of the main measure ment ofa country's modernization level , and is an important indicator of overall national strength, it has been hailed as the accelerator of the national economic s. In "The People's Republic of China National Economic and Social Development 11th Five-Year Plan", it is been firstly mentioned that modern logistics industry will be taken as an industry that the nation will take a priority to develop, the outline pointed out that " to enhance the integration of logistics infrastructure s, to bulid the l logistics hub, to develop logistics centers for regional economic areas ", Logistics Park is an import junction point in modern logistics system, The percipient overall layout and scientific development of the logistics park plays a very important role in the healthy development of China's economics.
