2、管材的选用应符合设计要求。主水管管径统一为直径20mm（PP—R管为直径25mm），别墅、跃层的主水管管径应按照室内给水管网的实际所需流量值确定。敷设管道前应先确定座便器、浴缸、拖把槽、洗脸盆、洗衣机、热水器等卫生嚣具、家用电嚣的型号和尺寸，了解其进出水位置和安装方式。

4、管道试验压力为0。8MPa,金属及其复合管恒压20分钟，管内压下降≤；PP-R管恒压1小时，;-R管安装完毕应对每个出水口做通水试验,.
5、管道安装应横平竖直,、房、过道时应从顶、墙面敷设管道。穿隔墙时不得破坏卫生间墙的止水带，采用螺纹连接时，其连接处应有外露螺纹，多余的麻丝应清理干净并做防腐处理。安装完毕及时用管卡固定，管材与管件或阀门之间不得有松动。经移位的水表处应加装便于检修拆卸的带伸缩的阀门或接头。冷热水管并行间距≥150MM。
6、管道埋入墙体深度应保证管外有10～20mm以上的水泥砂浆保护层。冷热水安装左热右冷，出水头子整齐水平，凸出墙面15～20mm，以基本与瓷砖面平为标准。明装钢塑管、焊接铜管管道应有保温和防腐处理；明装PP—R管道应做防护处理，严禁将未经防扩处理的PP—R管道直接安装在阳光直身或紫外线强的场所。
