〔三〕开展目标
根据上述思路，规划到2022年，我县农业产业化实现以下目标：

2、培养壮大一批龙头企业。即“十二五〞期末全县要建成3个年销售收入过1000万元的种养加企业，建成8个年销售收入过500万元的种养加企业，使全县规模以上种养加企业个数由现有家增至家，市级龙头企业由现在的家开展到家。
3、抓好种植、养殖、小杂粮加工、畜禽产品加工四大优势产业基地配套建设。
4、抓好农业产业化品牌建设，创立国家级著名商标3个，省级著名商标10个，市级著名商标20个。
二、开展重点
〔一〕粮食产业及产品开发。
1、加强农产品基地建设。
根据我县地理环境和区域布局，我公司将与有关龙头企业合作扶持，采取公司+农户的模式，建设小杂粮〔糜子、谷子、绿豆、黄豆等〕及海红果生产基地，打造绿色无公害品牌，推动现代农业开展，促生产，增效益，增加农民收入。
2、建设气调保鲜库。
在“十二五〞期间公司方案在府谷新区、武家庄、墙头等地建设三至五处气调保鲜库，储存保鲜夏秋蔬菜的过剩产量和海红果的储存保鲜，以稳定市场供给，增加农民收入。
3、做好招商引资与农产品深加工工程。
