胜任本学科教学，已从事申报学科本学段各年级的教学工作5分。担任过小学3届，或中学2届以上毕业班，或本学科学段最高年级教学工作3分。
2．工作量（8分）
完成规定的教学工作量（因课时计划、学校规模等原因课时量偏少的学科，任课教师必须有其他与教学相关的工作量作为补充）8分。

任现职以来，学年度课堂教学测评学生满意率均为80%以上3分；学年度课堂教学测评学生满意率90%。
4．公开课（6分）
任现职以来，开设公开课、示范观摩课。镇校级每次1分（镇校级累计不超过3分），市（区）级每次2分，泰州市级每次3分，省级及以上每次4分。
5. 基本功比赛（8分）
