二、公共卫生效劳工作
1、为居民建立健康档案，并进行管理；
2、每月更换1次健康教育宣传栏，每年开展6次健康教育讲座，每年发放4份宣传资料；

4、做好传染病登记、上报、督导工作；
5、为新生儿提供出生后7天、14天、28天上门访视工作；
6、为产妇提供产后7天、14天、28天上门访视工作，为孕前3个月、孕早期3个月妇女补服叶酸；

7、为60岁以上老年人建档并随访，每年4次，并每年进行一次一般体检；
8、为高血压病人、糖尿病病人、肿瘤病人建档管理，高血压随访每年6次，糖尿病、肿瘤随访每年4次，对35以上门诊病人首诊测血压；
9、对重性精神病人进行建档管理，随访每年4次；
10、对肢体残疾病人进行康复治疗、指导；
三、根本医疗工作
1、为村民提供常见伤、病的初级诊治和转诊指导。
2、严格按照卫生行政部门核准的诊疗科目开展诊疗活动，不得超范围执业，严禁使用非卫生技术人员从事诊疗活动。
3、严格执行各项医疗规章制度，技术操作规程和消毒隔离制度，防止交叉感染及医源性疾病的发生，杜绝医疗事故。出现医疗纠纷要及时妥善处理，并及时向卫生行政部门报告。
4、不得重复使用一次性医疗器械和卫生材料，对医疗效劳中产生的医疗废弃物，应当按照卫生行政部门、环境保护行政部门的要求，对医疗废弃物及时收集、处置，禁止转让，买卖医疗废弃物。
