基因组学与应病抗性表型关联位点。
获得的这些关联位点中有 2 个与前人鉴定的位点共定位,5 个为新的细条病抗性关联位点。我们在两种模
型分析获得的相同的抗性表型关联位点中鉴定得到 28 个候选基因。这些基因为水稻抗细条病抗性育种提
供新的基因资源,也为细条病抗性分子机制研究奠定基础。

1 / 11not been located. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the resistance genes of bacterial leaf streak and
provide new gene resources for resistance breeding. In this study, 207 rice varieties were identified by genome-wide
association analysis. general linear model (GLM) and mixed linear model (MLM) were used for association analysis.
Seven resistance phenotype associated loci were obtained from GLM model analysis, which were distributed on
chromosomes 2, 3, 8, 11 and 12. Four resistance associated loci were obtained using MLM model analysis. Among
these associated loci, 2 were co-localized with
