招聘申请
当部门实际在职人数小于部门规划的工作总量所需编制人数时, 可考虑提出人力需求, 并填写?人员增补申请表?,以补充所缺之差额人力。(注: 各部门应按最新组织架构及其编制状况, 以便人力资源部以其作为查核该部门人力需求申请之依据)。
招聘申请填写标准
A、用人部门应在?人员增补申请表?填写完整所招聘职位的工作职责与招聘条件,且附上部门最新的组织架构图。
B、如遇第一次招聘的职位,需附该职位的?职位说明书?〔附表二〕, 以便人力资源部精准地把握职位招聘要求, 提高筛选的效率,更快完成招聘目标。
C、如用人部门所提招聘需求的条件有变动或因特殊情况需暂停或中止招聘, 应及时知会人力资源部, 以便人力资源部及时调整招聘安排。
D、对于填写不完整或内容含混模糊的, 人力资源部有权要求需求部门修改或重填人
