各级人民政府对在城市市容和环境卫生工作中成绩显著的单位和个人，应当给予表彰和奖励。
第二章 市容管理
第五条 城市中的建筑物和设施，应当符合本市城市容貌标准。
第六条 城市中的照明、供电、给排水、供气、供热、道路交通、通讯、园林绿化、城市雕塑、防洪、防震等市政公用设施以及读报栏、亭棚、休息椅、体育锻炼器材等公共设施应当与周围环境相协调，其管理者应当加强维护和管理，保持设施的整洁、完好。
第七条 城市主要街道、重要地段、标志性建筑物和景观区域内的建筑物、构筑物和其他设施上应科学设置景观灯光设施。景观灯光设施的所有者或者管理者应当保持景观灯光设施的正常使用，并按照城市人民政府相关部门的要求开启和关闭景观灯光设施。
第八条 城市街道两侧的建筑物，应当保持外型完好、整洁、美观。
街道两侧和公共场所的建筑物、构筑物和其他设施的所有者、管理者或者使用者应当按照市容环境卫生行政主管部门的规定，定期对建筑物、构筑物和其他设施的外部进行清洗、粉刷或者装饰。
