执行事务合伙人是法人或者其他组织的，登记事项还应当包括法人或者其他组织委派的代表。
第十条 个人独资企业的登记事项包括名称、经营场所、投资人姓名及居所、经营范围。
第十一条 分支机构的登记事项包括名称、经营场所、经营范围、负责人。
第十二条 个体工商户的登记事项包括经营者姓名及住所、组成形式、经营场所、经营范围。
个体工商户使用名称的，名称作为登记事项。

第十三条 商事主体只能使用一个名称，经登记机关核准登记的名称在规定的范围内享有专用权。
第十四条 商事主体的名称由行政区划、字号、行业或者经营特点、组织形式依次组成，可以将行政区划放在字号之后，组织形式之前。
名称中的行业应当参照国民经济行业类别表述，法律、法规另有规定的，从其规定。
第十五条 分支机构的名称由附属企业名称、所在地行政区划或者地名、行业三局部组成，并缀以“分公司〞、“分厂〞、“分店〞等字词；根据需要，可以省略行业。
分支机构名称可以在行业局部前使用不同于附属企业的字号。
第十六条 公司的住所是其主要办事机构所在地。
合伙企业、个人独资企业、个体工商户、分支机构的经营场所是其开展经营活动的场所。
第十七条 商事登记申请人申请登记时，应当提交住所、经营场所使用证明。
使用自有房产的，应当出示房屋产权证；使用非自有房产的，使用证明为业主房屋产权证明和房屋租赁协议或者无偿使用证明。未取得房屋产权证明的，当地人民政府或者其派出机构、各类经济功能区管委会、居〔村〕民委员会等部门、单位出具的相关证明可作为使用证明。
使用宾馆、饭店的，使用证明为房屋租赁协议和宾馆、饭店的营业执照。
