第一章 总 那么
第一条 为进一步完善社会救助体系，推进困难群体分类施保和重点保障，切实保障特困低保单亲家庭成员根本生活，促进和谐社会建设，特制定本方法。
第二条 本方法所称特困低保单亲家庭，指因丧偶、离异或其它原因致使家庭结构残缺，由父亲或者母亲一方承当抚养教育未成年子女义务、且持有本市民政部门颁发的有效?武汉市城市居民最低生活保障金领取证?和?武汉市农村居民最低生活保障金领取证?〔以上

“两证〞简称低保证〕的城乡低保对象家庭。
第三条 凡持有本市民政部门颁发的有效低保证的城乡特困低保单亲家庭，均可按本方法规定申请享受定额生活补助。
第四条 定额生活补助标准：
〔一〕江岸、江汉、桥口、汉阳、武昌、青山、洪山区七个中心城区纳入城市低保的特困单亲家庭，每户每月定额补助50元。
