关于发布《湖南省城乡规划设计计费
指导意见》的通知
各会员单位、各相关单位：
为了加强湖南省城乡规划设计行业的管理，约束不合理收费和制止不公平价格竞争，促进行业健康发展，提高我省城乡规划设计市场的标准化水平，我会根据《国家计委关于放开和下放部分商品和服务价格的通知》〔计价格〔2001〕1218号〕文件精神，并取得省相关部门同意，参照有关省份的做法，制定了《湖南省城乡规划设计计费指导意见》。现印发给你们，并提出如下贯彻意见，请一并参照执行。
1. 城乡规划编制单位必须持有国家及省城乡规划行政主管部门颁发的《城市规划编制资质证书》和同级物价部门颁发的《收费许可证》，方可承当相关城乡规划编制任务，收取城乡规划设计费用。
2. 本《意见》所列计费的各类规划项目，其规划设计的内容和深度必须按照国家、省有关规定执行。如根据实际需要，增加或减少内容、深度，以及规划设计单位资质和项目难度系数等级等情况，设计
