再论企业技术和市场的协同创新
——基于协同学序参量概念的创新管理理论研究

摘要: 创新是现代企业的唯一出路, 但创新过程和结果的高度复杂性与风险性使许多企业对创新望而却步。由协
同理论所揭示的序参量概念为企业技术和市场之间的联合创新提供了新的突破口。从企业生命系统的特征出发, 技术和
市场的联合创新就是要通过有序协同架构的构建促使创新序参量的快速形成, 从而解决创新的降低风险需求问题, 获取
价值增加价值创造、有效价值传递以及短期竞争优势和长期能力发展的创新整合优势。

Abstract: Innovation is the on ly w ay ou t fo r m odern co rpo ration s in dilemm a. Bu t h p lex ity and venture
in innovation p rocess and resu lts have deterred m any of them. o rding to the no tion of synergistic
co rpo rations w e can find a new w ay fo r link s betw een co rpo ration techno logy and m arket innovation. In o rder
to p lexity and ven ture and attain advantages of value adding creating, value transferring,
com petence developm en t p etitive w inning, th is paper p resen ts arch itectu re and m echanism of synergy
betw een techno logical and m arket innovation based on synergistic know ledge.
