基于 3E 协调度的我国区域协调发展评价

摘要: 以协调发展的相关理论为基础,提出了能源经济环境(3 E) 协调度的概念,建立
了相应的2 协2 调度评价模型,并据此对我国 30 个省、直辖市和自治区(因缺乏数据未包含西
藏) 进行了 3E 协调度的计算、排序和评价分析。

in China Based on 3E Coordinated Degree

Abstract : Based on the coordinated development theory , a concept of energy economy
environment coordinated degree was put forward. An appraisal model of coordinated de
gree was set up . According to this model ,the calculating , sequencing and appraisal anal
ysis for 3E coordinated degree of thirty provinces in China were carried out .
