第八条 坚持德才兼备、以德为先的原那么，按照校长任
职条件和干部选任的规定程序，切实把业绩突出和群众公
认的优秀人才选拔到校长岗位上来。
第九条 校长应按规定参加上岗培训和每五年一轮的
业务培训，获得相应的培训结业证书，作为继续任职的根本
条件。
第十条 校长实行任期制，任期一般三至五年，由上级
主管部门按干部管理权限的规定和程序进行聘任。
校长任期届满，由上级主管部门对其进行考核。经考
核符合任职条件的，可以连任；根据工作需要，也可以调整
到其他学校任职。要有方案地加强校长、副校长的校际
