沙洋县人民检察院：
浙江鑫目律师事务所受犯罪嫌疑人陈某某委托，指派周俊奇律师作为其涉嫌拒不执行判决、裁定罪一案在侦查阶段的辩护律师，依据?中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法?第33条、第35条之规定依法履行辩护律师职责。沙洋县公安局已于2022年6月20日将案件材料移交到贵院侦查监督科审查批捕。我作为陈某某在侦查阶段的辩护律师，依据?中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法?第82条第2款及 ?人民检察院刑事诉讼规那么(试行)?第309条之规定，就陈某某涉嫌拒不执行判决、裁定行为是否应当逮捕提供辩护意见，恳请贵院在作出是否逮捕陈某某的决定时予以考虑：
犯罪嫌疑人陈某某的行为情节显著轻微、危害不大，且其深刻追悔，无逮捕之必要。
本律师依法会见了犯罪嫌疑人陈某某，其供述：无非是土地问题才关到这里，我现在也不想争了，我举手投降，我知道争不过。高阳供销社起诉我侵占土地一案，他们提交的关键证据土地使用证没有当庭质证，从始至终也不给我看，所以我认为判决不公，才不愿意执行判决。后来我于2022年和2022年去北京找最高人民法院上访，最高人民法院给我条子，说是立了案，让我直接回来找下面解
