其次是企业自身开展要求的变化，企业不仅需要健康稳定的开展，确保国际大型能源公司的地位，获取最大的经济效益及利润，而且股东也以国际大型能源公司要求企业健康稳定的开展，向股东发放丰厚红利的同时，保证股东手中的股票稳定升值，这就要求企业不仅要考虑开展问题，考虑绿色的能源生产企业问题，还要想方设法取信股东、回报股东；
