2、崇高的奉献精神
这是护理工作者职业道德的主要内容和出发点，也是做好护理工作的思想根底。众所周知，护理工作是高尚的，但也是很辛苦的，三班倒，每时每刻我们都坚守在自己的工作岗位上，用自己辛勤劳动帮助病人解除病痛，使其尽快恢复健康。所有的节假日也毫不例外，这是护理工作的重要

一是要稳，动作要轻柔协调、灵活稳妥、有条不紊，不仅使病人获得平安感，也给人以美感；二是要准，即动作严格按护理常规办事，操作准确无误，恰到好处；三是要快，即动作熟练，手快，眼快，干净利落，用较少的时间高质量地完成任务；四是好，即质量高，效果好，病人满意，自己也满意。在护理工作中时间常与生命联系在一起，娴熟的技能往往赢来平安、挽救生命。在观察危重病人时，护士是第一线的哨兵，特别是在脑外科病人生命体征的观察中，一旦病情骤变，如瞳孔不等大、脑疝病症出现时，多为护士首先发现，为医生提供及时准确的信息使医生不失时机地做出抢救手术的决策。在心脏病病人突然发生心脏停搏时，护士应立即叩击心前区，辅以人工呼吸、胸外心脏按压、建立静脉通道等。在医生抢救病人时护士应迅速敏捷地配合，保证各种药品器材的供给，做到得心应手。这些都是抢救成功的关键，这么多的工作需要有条不紊地去完成，因而护理
