5、 牌子整治。整治目标：总量控制、体量控制、色彩控制、形式控制。整治要求：一是市容管理。整治影响镇容观瞻、影响行人通行、影响交通平安的户外广告，压缩 独立设置的小型广告。禁止沿街地摆放招牌。二是强调亮化。主大街新设广告招牌必须符合亮化美化条件，次大街和小街小巷招牌设置必须符合美化要求。三是标准 审批。所有广告招牌的审批和管理由城管部门负责。在街道、公共场所进行产品推销、行业效劳宣传、文体娱乐活动、有奖彩票销售、咨询效劳等活动，必须经城管 部门批准并在指定地点、时间进行。未经批准，不得搭设彩门及充气广告，不得设置过街广告。
