可适当伴随时间、节日、季节问候，如：“早上好〞，“情人节快乐〞，“今天好冷，请多穿点衣服〞
待客应对用语
在为客人效劳时注意应使用以下语言：
“您好，欢送光临**〞 “我帮您介绍一下好吗？〞
“请问是这个吗？〞 “我帮您试戴一下好吗？〞
“请您稍等一下〞 “您觉得怎么样呢？〞
切记：面带微笑并保持友善亲切的目光注视着客人
推荐标准
当客人犹豫不决时：
可向其推荐符合其需求的首饰，帮助客人作出决定
当客人决定购置所需首饰时，也可建议他再看一下与其所购首饰相关的其它首饰，特别是那些正在进行促销的相关首饰
同事在推荐时切不可过于强迫，且每次推荐的首饰不可超过两项。强迫或推荐工程过多，都将引起客人的反感
