4、各科室部门负责人负责本科室和部门的交通平安日常管理工作和日常宣传教育工作。按时参加本系统的平安会议和例会，催促科室司机和私车人员参加例会和机动车月检，做好非机动车的检验工作。
〔二〕交通平安委员会工作职责
1、每季度召开一次交通平安情况分析专题会议，听取安委会成员的工作汇报，研究解决本系统交通平安工作中存在的问题，并对违章及事故做出处理决定。

2、实施交通平安承包责任制，逐级签定交通平安责任书，以提高各科室和部门交通平安意识，促进交通平安各项制度的落实。
3、认真执行安委会制度，每月5日上午为安委会的例会日，遇节假日改为次日进行，总结本系统前一阶段交通平安工作情况，传达上级精神，制定阶段性的交通平安措施和贯彻落实区交通安委会精神。
3、严格遵守司机例会制度，每月5日下午为司机例会时间，遇节假日改为次日进行。传达贯彻有关区安委会有关会议精神和文件精神，学****新交通法规知识，交流平安驾驶经验和体会。
4、坚持机动车月检制度。每月司机例会要求参加例会的司机到、车辆到，对本系统的机动车进行检验，合格车辆填写登记卡，对不合格车辆限期进行维修保养，到检率达100%。
5、坚持私家车司机检查制度。做到人到、车辆到，对本系统的私家机动车进行检验，合格车辆填写登记卡，对不合格车辆限期进行维修保养，到检率达100%。
6、坚持非机动车检验制度。对本系统的非机动车每月进行一次合格登记，不合格限期维修，每月25日为非机动车辆检验日，遇有节假日，改为次日。
7、严格用车审批制度。无论公用、私用一律填写用车申请单，经主管领导签字后，报车管干部审批前方可出车。遇有特殊天气非特急情况一律不派车。
