其一，眼光原那么。筹划必须具有前瞻性，也就是说筹划人要有“眼光〞，要看得远，要看到他人没有看到的，这样才能抢占先机，出奇制胜，反之那么“人无远虑，必有近忧〞，整日被琐事缠身，裹足不前。不谋万世者，缺乏谋一时，不谋全局者，缺乏谋一域，说得也是这个道理。这一原那么很容易理解，很多筹划人都在实践中努力遵循这个原那么，只是程度存有差异。例如，很多企业没有做品牌战略筹划，就忙着请广告公司发布广告，大量资金砸下去之后，可能会有一定的收益，但必然是事倍功半。
