二、早诊早治早报告
〔一〕有以下情形之一的，应及时报告：
1、发生或可能发生严重传染病的；
2、发生或发现不明原因的群体性疾病的；
3、发生或可能发生重大食物中毒事件的。
当前主要包含非典型肺炎、手足口病、霍乱、艾滋病、麻疹、不明原因肺炎、结核病、人感染禽流感等重要和重大传染病，以及食物中毒。
发现有上述情形之一的应当及时向防保科报告，由疾控组长在2小时内向县疾控中心报告。

〔二〕接诊医生对于可疑传染病患者，由医院组织相关科室人员进行会诊，邀请专家进行会诊以尽早明确诊断。对因传染病致病的人员由传染科医生提供及时的医疗救护，对就诊病人必须给予及时治疗，并书写详细、完整的病历记录，重点在于流行病学资料的采集。有利于县疾病预防控制机构和医疗机构加强对传染病的疫源追踪、疫点消毒、密切接触者的管理，做好疫点、疫区的卫生管理工作，防止疫情蔓延工作的开展。对需要转送的病人，应当按照规定将病人及其病历记录复印件转送到接诊或指定的医院。
〔三〕收治传染病人、疑似传染病病人，应当依法向县卫生疾病预防控制中心报告。对于疑似传染病的属于一段时间内卫生部和省卫生厅重点防治的传染病病例〔如霍乱〕要及时网络直报，不必等检验结果出来后报告，同时做好病人的隔离治疗。
〔四〕传染病爆发、流行时，对传染病爆发、流行区域内流动人口做好预防工作，落实有关卫生控制措施，对传染病病人和疑似病人，应当采取就地隔离、就地观察、就地治疗的措施。
〔五〕对传染病做到早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗，切断传播途径，防止病源扩散。
三、发挥中医药特色，积极预防传染病
〔一〕中医科抽调两名中医执业医师来开展传染病防治工作。并加强医务人员及村卫生室人员进行中医药防治知识的培训，确保病人得到及时有效救治。
